Bernie Sloane MD of Sloane Estates.  Bernie started his career as a telecoms & datacoms engineer for BT.  After which he ran several businesses including an antique shop, a marketing business and a music and video mail order company (run as a PLC).

Through this time property was always a hobby but became his full-time career more than 20 years ago in 2000, initially concentrating on residential refurbishment projects and building a rental portfolio.  This has developed over the years to include a specialist knowledge in planning gain and development.
