Refurbishment Portfolio

Thackeray Road, Exeter​
​
A property in a poor state of repair. The refurbishment involved a complete strip out of the kitchen, bathroom, all doors and all services (including central Heating), reinstated with new throughout.  
 
The lean-to at the rear was rebuilt to be replaced with a modern conservatory and 
the gardens were landscaped, providing a modern contemporary home for rental.
Glasshouse Lane, Exeter​
​
Glasshouse lane was a run-down flat in Exeter.  The refurbishment involved the complete strip out of kitchen, bathroom, all doors and all services (including central Heating).
 
Once everything was removed we reinstated with new to provide a modern contemporary flat for sale.
Elmore Way, Tiverton​
​
Elmore Way was a very run down house in Tiverton which had been tenanted for many years. We undertook a complete strip out of the kitchen, bathroom, all doors and all services.
 
Following the stripping out we then reinstated with new to provide a modern contemporary home for rental.
Okehampton Road, Exeter​
​
Doubled the size of kitchen by taking out wall of tenement and replacing the dilapidated lean to with flat roof and large roof lantern to maximise light, while at the same time dramatically Improving the insulation quality to whole house including the installation of under floor heating.
