Alongside property development, refurbishment and conversion Sloane Estates has a portfolio of rental properties.

 

Over recent years, as home ownership has become less affordable, rental accommodation has become a longer-term solution for many individuals and families.  

 

Sloane Estates specialise in providing high quality, well maintained properties where our tenants feel safe and secure.  Whether renting a room in a shared house, renting a flat or a family house, we aim to provide accommodation that our tenants can feel confident in calling their home.

 

We aim to enable our tenants to feel secure and allow them to make important commitments, whether to employment or local schools, without having the uncertainty and anxiety of a short term lets.  We have a number of properties where tenants have been in-situ for 10 years or more.
